In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to provide truthful and updated information during the purchase process. - Customization and Manufacturing Process 4.1 Shipment of garments: The customer must send significant garments for the manufacture of the requested product. These garments must be clean and in good condition. RECUÉRDAME SAS is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the garments sent. 4.2 Customization: Each product is unique and is made to customer specifications. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving customization details before manufacturing begins. 4.3 Manufacturing Time: The estimated times for the elaboration of the products will be informed to the customer. These may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity of products requested.
- Pricing and Payments 5.1 Pricing: All prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes. RECUÉRDAME SAS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. 5.2 Payments: Payments must be made through the methods available on the website. The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.
- Shipping and Delivery Policy 6.1 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. 6.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the customer. RECUÉRDAME SAS is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (such as shipping companies).
- Return and Exchange Policy 7.1 Customized Products: Due to the customized nature of the products, no returns or exchanges are accepted, except for manufacturing defects. 7.2 Defects: In case of proven defects in the product, the customer must notify RECUÉRDAME SAS within 5 working days after receiving the product in order to coordinate the repair or replacement.
- Intellectual Property All website content, including designs, logos, text, images and graphics, is the property of RECUÉRDAME SAS and is protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior authorization.
